A Message from the President and CEO
Welcome to the TCH website. The Centers for Habilitation/TCH, incorporated in 1967 as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and opportunities to people of all ages with physical and developmental disabilities. The goal at TCH: for individuals with disabilities to enjoy a more satisfying and independent life in the various communities within which we deliver our services. Our mission of empowering people with disabilities is paramount in everything we do.

TCH Board of Directors The TCH Board of Directors is the all-volunteer governing body of the organization. The Board's primary responsibility is fiduciary in nature with other supports falling into the following sub-committees:
