Blue Ribbon Bistro / Java Junction

The Blue Ribbon Bistro and Java Junction are both owned and operated by FCS Premier, LLC which is a partnership between two local non-profits, Marc Center of Mesa and TCH of Tempe whose goal is to provide job training and create jobs for people with disabilities.
