The March Employee of the Month was Mason Chojnowski! Mason has consistently demonstrated accountability and adaptability while navigating recent program changes, including room transitions and welcoming new supported individuals. His supervisor notes that he is always willing to step up and help anyone in need. Thank you, Mason, for your dedication and supportive attitude!
The April Employee of the Month was Ray Eldard! Ray embodies our core values by treating every individual with deep respect and dignity, making sure they feel heard and fully supported. His excitement for new experiences inspires everyone around him to believe that any goal is within reach. No matter how difficult a task might be, Ray meets it with incredible adaptability and a solution-oriented attitude. This was recently on display during medical appointments, where Ray was deeply moved to watch an individual advocate for themselves and take charge of their own choices. Thank you, Ray, for boosting independence and self-confidence, making things possible, and living our values every day!
